O&M projects are focused on large scale projects required within our existing offshore O&M sites, spread across Vattenfall’s core countries. These projects would include activities such as Main Component Exchanges, Cable repairs / exchanges and working with construction vessels to execute these scopes.

We are looking for a pro-active H&S Specialist for our O&M Projects, who is able to focus on both people and business and has demonstrable experience in coaching teams in challenging environments. Experience with Offshore Wind O&M operations would be beneficial, where affinity with the offshore wind sector is preferred.
