• You will both drive projects independently as well as support the HRBPs for Commercial in aligning, executing and consolidating efforts within the Commercial space.
• You will also drive HR processes in accordance with the HR Annual Wheel in tight collaboration with Global Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Global People Shared Services.
• Support people related projects and activities across the commercial areas, under themes such as:
o Organizational Health check
o Leadership
o Engagement
o DE&I
o Talent Management
o People Development
o Organizational Design & Structural Changes
• Continuously be on top of and analyse people data & external HR trends. Translate these to meaning and call for action for key stakeholders.
• Your main focus will be on teams based in Denmark, but you will also be working with teams based outside of Denmark from time to time.
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
• MSc in Human resources, Business Administration or the like
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience from a global metrics HR function
• Proactive and ability to secure a seat at the table.
• Ability to identify, prioritize and focus on key challenges and opportunities and drive for results.
• Analytical and fact-based with ability to translate people data & trends into meaning and call for action for key stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Curious towards the external surroundings and trends and ability to assess the fit of these in a LEO Pharma context.
• English skills on a professional level
