Job Responsibilities
Your overall responsibility will be to develop, manage and coordinate a variety of HR and change activities in the assigned area, in addition to securing a broad operational HR support via Danfoss regional HR.
You will partner with newly appointed VP for GSC Helle S. Jorgensen, Factory leads, managers, their teams, peers, and cross-functional partners to drive HR initiatives and deliver results. This position reports into the Senior Director, HR DCS, and you will be a part of management team in the areas of responsibility as well.
Main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Becoming part of the functional leadership teams - ensuring that the organizational and people development is aligned and supports business strategies and success. Developing and implementing organizational capability and talent management strategies. Providing guidance on workforce planning, learning and development, succession planning, performance management and HR practices. Coaching and mentoring leaders to ensure greater performance and employee engagement. Working closely with management and the organization to improve work relationships, to build growth mindset and introduce new ways of working. Building and maintaining strong collaboration with regional/local HR colleagues to secure implementation of strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Integrating and using available organizational data and human capital metrics. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Taking active participation in the Climate Solutions HR Business Partner team and taking responsibility of global HR initiatives across the segment.

Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and cultures. You should be adept at facilitating both virtual and face-to-face interactions and known for your trustworthy and direct approach.
Furthermore,
8+ years of experience as HR Business Partner/HR leader or a talent leader. Master level in HR, psychology, business, or other relevant degree. Significant experience in supporting and coaching senior leaders. High level of stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen. Solid understanding of various Human Resources functional and technical areas. Leadership/manager experience would be a plus. Fluent in English, Danish is a benefit. Willingness to travel when needed (max 15% )
