The People Partner is part of a global community of HR partners, providing BU support to key stakeholders for their geographic region. Reporting to the People Partner Lead, this role will be responsible for the delivery of HR activities that support the business strategy across Convatec, with specific alignment to the business units and functions represented in the Nordic region, in addition to being part of the Europe & UKI regional people partner organisation.
As people partners in the Nordic people partner team, we serve as primary HR point for three locations in Denmark, as well as three locations across Norway, Sweden and Finland.
Site location: 5 days per week in Osted.
Key responsibilities
Act as primary liaison for the local managersat our production site in Osted, near Roskilde
Develop trusted relationships with people managers to proactively support business needs and drive the people agenda for the business
Effectively manage and/or participate in HR processes related to Talent Management, Performance Management and Leadership Development for the Nordic region
Lead and/or support the implementation of changes, including but not limited to workforce planning, organisational design & development, re-organisation etc.
Participate in global or regional projects, as assigned
Review and maintain country specific people policies and make recommendations for changes, as necessary. Conduct regular reviews and ensure compliance with local labour regulations at all times.
Advise people leaders on organisational and employment matters, incl. providing partnership on people development and HR legal support
Conduct F2F exit interviews and lead and/or support retention initiatives basis turnover data
Key requirements
Relevant experience from working with HR at a production site
Ability to manage multiple projects, often with conflicting demands/timelines.
Business acumen and a pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude
Ability to influence and challenge at different leadership levels
Execution-oriented with strong prioritisation, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of Danish employment legislation
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in HR, communication, business administration, etc
Travel Requirements
Expected travel time max. 15 days per year
Languages
Speaking: English & min. one Nordic language
Writing/Reading: English & min. one Nordic language
