What is the job about?
The HR Specialist is part of the HR Tech & Data Foundation team. We own our HR Tech stack and we also bring it to live via various digital HR Solutions. We work in cross-functional HR Product team in close cooperation with IT and the Business.
Your main responsibilities :
being responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining employee experience surveys in Qualtrics. This includes designing survey questions, creating surveys, distributing them to employees, and analysing their responses. You will also need to ensure that surveys are aligned with the company's goals and objectives and are inclusive, reliable, and valid. being responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards that show the results of employee experience surveys. This includes creating and publishing reports that capture survey results and analysing data to identify patterns, trends, and insights. You will also need to assist HR and business leaders in interpreting survey results and develop action plans based on findings having expertise in integrating Qualtrics with other HR systems. This includes configuring the integration, monitoring its performance, and trouble-shooting issues that arise. You will also need to ensure that all integrations are secure, reliable, and functioning as expected. being responsible for ensuring that survey findings are being used in decision-making and action planning. This includes communicating survey results to stakeholders, making recommendations based on survey findings, and following up on action plans to ensure timely implementation. You will also need to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and facilitate a feedback loop that continuously improves the employee experience. Your background
We imagine that you have:
3 years of experience working with HR Employee experience, preferable qualtrix or other related EX tools Fluency in English Experience in building reporting self solutions for key stakeholders and promote the solutions Experience in Global/international working environment in a multinational company Preferably experience with SuccessFactors (or a similar platform) Analytical and structured working method Good communication skills Service-minded, self-driven and proactive personality Preferably SAP knowledge Effective time management, correct assessment of the importance of tasks What’s in it for you?
