We are expanding our production site in Asnæs, and you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. 
 

Motivate, inspire and secure a safe working environment at our construction site
Recently we have announced the next big investment at our production site in Asnæs, which will more than double our production capacity. The main priority during this project will be the goal of no safety incidents, and thats where your skills, experience and competencies come into play!
In the role of HSE Specialist, you will oversee all HSE activities related to the project including ensuring company compliance with local laws and regulations, such as the Danish Working Environment Regulations, the Maschine Directive, and the Danish Environment Legislation. You will work with any authorities relevant to the construction phase to meet safety and environmental requirements. After going live with the production, your role will transform into delivering HSE expertise in the daily production environment in close collaboration with our H&S Manager.

As a person, you have a positive and inspiring attitude towards your tasks and your surroundings. The role requires an individual who is unflustered and can oversee details even when situations become intense. You are a strong influencer and role model for health & safety, and you have solid communication skills and are good at building relationships and building trust at different organizational levels. Additionally, you have the structure to create an overview based on relevant details, which you are capable of communicate to relevant stakeholders.
