We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Specialist Chef to join our team in Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a chef, with a strong background in Indian cuisine, particularly in preparing curries and rotis. This role will primarily involve working in a fast-paced environment within an Indian restaurant setting.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, and traditional bread like rotis.
- Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment, managing multiple orders and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes.
- Design and develop innovative menus that showcase the diversity of Indian cuisine while considering local preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to create appealing and visually stunning plating presentations that enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices at all times, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations.
