Legal Counsel for Rapidly Growing Software Scale-Up

Princh is a leading player in the sharing economy space with an innovative solution for document services and electronic payment. We’re active in most of the world and leading in Europe, North America, and Australia – and we’re just getting started!

Our head office is located in Denmark with a subsidiary in the US.

What you’ll be doing:

Contracts

• Write and maintain own customer contracts.
• Review and comment on external contracts.
• Support sales in formulation of RFP bids.

GDPR & ISO 27001

• Drive continuous monitoring and maintain compliance using Vanta in close collaboration with the team.
• Drive preparation for and execution of internal and external audits as well as penetration tests using Vanta.
• Write and maintain data processing agreements.
• Perform ISAE 3000 self-declarations using Vanta.

Management support

• Partner contract negotiations.
• Sparring partner on ad hoc legal topics.
• Lead strategic projects.

On a typical day, you will collaborate with the development team, marketing team and the customer success team, communicate with customers, partners, and auditors, and review a new partnership contract.

At the end of the day, you will have made a real difference for our team, our product, and our customers!

Who you are:

You are a structured and well-organized individual with expertise and a deep interest in one or more of the following areas:

• Contract law
• Privacy law
• Information security governance

You communicate effectively with colleagues of both technical and commercial background as well as customers, partners and external auditors. You are a collaborator showing trust and respect for people with different opinions and skills but know when to assert your views and ideas.

You have a relevant educational background and maybe also experience from a similar role/position.
