The position
In our team we operate and maintain the IT & OT landscape of the production facility. Our overall and finest task is to keep IT in the best possible condition to avoid unplanned production stop in the facility that operates on a 24/7 basis. We are passionate about what we do and work together as a family, sharing knowledge every day. 

Your responsibilities on this position will include:

• Supporting all network infrastructure devices & services.
• Maintaining, upgrading, and enhancing the performance of systems, servers, and the production network layout.
• Participate and drive IT related projects.
• Collaborating with the compliance team to create, update, and maintain system documentation in the Quality system.
• Our team is in the production site, to ensure that we can be close to the shopfloor, understand the IT needs, drive continuous improvements, and drive digitalization of the production site. We work closely with our production colleagues on day-to-day operations, projects, and digitalisation.

Which competencies to bring?
For this role we are looking for a candidate who can tick off most of the following requirements:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting IT network devices (such as switches, routers, firewalls) and infrastructure systems (including Monitoring Tools, Network Management systems, etc.).
• Proven expertise in managing IT and telecommunication projects, including risk assessment, vendor analysis, specification development, system implementation, and training.
• Experience in coordinating activities of IT Networking/Infrastructure/Application teams and maintaining network/infrastructure documentation in compliance with federal and corporate requirements.
• Good communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Danish.
• Experience working in a GxP environment as well as experience with SCADA and PLC will be an advantage.

About the department
You will be part of a dynamic area in a constant development and a team where respect, good collaboration and team spirit is in focus. Our ambition is to work in groups of two on our important tasks in order to maintain a certain level of knowledge. Therefore, you will be working closely together with a colleague and the infrastructure responsibilities will be split between you.
