Internal Contract Manager

Configit is an ambitious and growing software company working in the domain of complex product and sales configuration. Our customers are mainly international manufacturing companies within the automotive or industrial machinery & components industries.

You are located in the greater Copenhagen area, close to our headquarters. In this position, you will report to the CFO. Together with a colleague you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of contracts and assist in closing new contracts under Danish and international law. In coordination with the CFO you will assist in providing legal services to the whole organization in Denmark and abroad.

Your responsibilities:

• Be responsible for contract management (primarily customer and partner contracts), including the optimization, maintenance and further development of our CMS (Contract Management System) to ensure maximum benefit for the organization
• Maintain and develop relevant and insightful reporting from the CMS
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, like Revenue Team, Key Account Management, Configit Management
• Provide relevant stakeholders with valuable contract information to optimize the value of each contract
• Participate in contract reviews (Sales contracts, NDA’s etc.) and provide guidance to the organization
• Advise on and monitor DPAs.

Your profile:

• 2+ years of experience in managing contracts with CMS from a law firm or corporation (procurement unit, or similar)
• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, i.e. Cand.Merc.Jur., Cand.Jur or an equivalent degree, or a relevant administrative degree with extensive experience in working with CMS
• Structured way of working and a good eye for detail to ensure data quality
• Keen interest in IT contracts and international work
• Being able to establish structured processes and a successful collaboration with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
• Strong communication skills and full English proficiency
• Eager to learn and develop in the legal field
