Your role
will involve strategic planning, account management, and business development to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives across North region.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within strategic accounts.Understand the unique needs and requirements of each account and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to deliver value-added services and support to clients.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as potential new clients, to expand market share and increase revenue.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support on industry trends, market insights, and product/service offerings.Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on key account activities, sales forecasts, and business development initiatives.Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to continuously enhance knowledge and skills in key account management and international sales.Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.Proven track record of success in international sales, key account management, or business development, preferably within building industry.Strong understanding of European markets and cultural nuances, with experience working across multiple countries and regions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and account plans.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English and German required.
