Would you like to gain a foothold in an international organisation with a mission to make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs? 


In this maternity cover position, you will gain exposure to a large part of the company, and you will work with colleagues across the organisation and external stakeholders from all over the world.


We manage the financial communication and interactions with the financial markets for Coloplast
Investor Relations (IR) is a strategic management responsibility that integrates finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance, enabling the most effective two-way communication between a company, the financial community and other constituencies. 
In a dynamic team of 4, we handle inquiries from the financial market and others who might be interested in the company's stock, strategy, and financial goals. We support our CEO and CFO and work closely with many other stakeholders and departments in Coloplast.

Assist your team in the daily tasks
About half of the job focuses on the co-ordination responsibilities in connection with recurring IR projects where you will:

  • Organise and plan roadshows, conferences, and other events with stockbrokers
  • Arrange Capital Market Days and internal events
  • Be project responsible for the Annual General Meeting in December
  • Handle publication of announcements to the stock exchange
  • Handle the Investor Relations section on the website
  • Administer the Shareholder Secretariat and file external communication
  • The remaining half is centred around being the PA for the Head of IR and coordinator of internal work tasks in the IR department.


    PA experience and good planning skills
    As a person, you are able to work closely in a team, but you are also the type who can work with limited supervision when needed and network across the organisation to finish your tasks. 


    You feel at home interacting with different cultures and levels of management, and you do not lose sight of details or deadlines due to your good planning skills.

    Finally, you:

  • Have previous experience from a secretarial/personal assistant role, understanding the need for discretion and confidentiality
  • Are flexible and able to handle a range of different tasks at the same time 
  • Have solid MS Office and web skills
  • Speak, write and read English and Danish flawlessly
  • May have experience from a corporate access role
