You will be part of the IT HR & Identity Management team, which consists of 9 IT specialists with responsibilities spanning across different HR and Identity areas. We have a relaxed, humorous and open-minded atmosphere and a healthy work-life balance. You get the opportunity to become the technical expert on JYSK Workforce Management and set the direction for the future in this area.

Our Workforce Management solution is a very important application that strongly supports optimal planning and productivity in our stores, distribution centres and customer service. We have ambitions and expectations for future development, which is why we are looking for a new colleague now. At JYSK, we currently use TimePlan, but it is not required that you have knowledge about this specific system.
The business direction is leaning towards automation, using all available data, and proposing a solution for planning to our managers to support optimal staff planning and productivity.
