Are you passionate about IT and how it optimises people management processes within Workforce Management? Are you ready to develop your specialist skills in this area and take responsibility for the IT aspects of the JYSK Workforce Management application, which is used to plan time and absence for more than employees?

You will be part of the IT HR & Identity Management team, which consists of 9 IT specialists with responsibilities spanning across different HR and Identity areas.   • WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
    Our Workforce Management solution is a very important application that strongly supports optimal planning and productivity in our stores, distribution centres and customer service. We have ambitions and expectations for future development, which is why we are looking for a new colleague now. At JYSK, we currently use TimePlan, but it is not required that you have knowledge about this specific system.

    The business direction is leaning towards automation, using all available data, and proposing a solution for planning to our managers to support optimal staff planning and productivity.

    As our new IT Consultant for Workforce Management your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  • Becoming a technical expert of the Workforce Management system at JYSK
  • Helping set the future technical direction for the Workforce Management area at JYSK as the application owner of the system
  • Cooperating with the stakeholder in developing the solution further
  • Driving IT tasks through a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) inspired setup
  • Supporting the country salary departments in ensuring that the system complies with constantly changing labour laws including TOIL, collective agreements etc.
  • Leading the initiative towards working more with AI and automation in this area

    WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
    We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has technical knowledge, interest and experience in at least one Workforce Management system
  • Can take technical ownership of an application and drive a high availability architecture setup
  • Has strong analytical and conceptual skills, a high level of initiative and a structured and independent way of working
  • Interest in exploring new solutions
  • Can drive escalations, both internally and externally at all levels
  • Has the technical skills to customise and problem-solve in a Workforce Management system
  • Can design and set up technical integrations in close collaboration with our Integrations and IT Server department
