We're on the lookout for a communication colleague to craft captivating content, supporting our commercial Road division as their primary communication partner.

Welcome to the DSV Road C-Management Office department and our Communication & Change Management team. We are proud to, among other exciting stuff, take the full ownership of the DSV Road division communication efforts towards the broad audiences internally in DSV.

This covers a division of +17.000 employees, 20.000 trucks running daily, and +30 million shipments handled yearly!

In the role as Communication Consultant role you will be the lead in creating and publishing all mass-communication content for our Road commercial business domain. This might cover new business initiatives, campaigns, news and information or organisational change communication to the broader audiences inside DSV. Moreover, you will be the direct one-to-one communication support to the higher managerial stakeholders within the commercial business area.

The position as Communication Consultant is located at our DSV head office in Hedehusene, Denmark.

You really thrive in large scale business organisations with a fuzz of many agendas moving simultaneously and a broad stakeholder landscape. You are confident in taking a lead position within your area of expertise and know how to put your knowledge into valuable collaborative play.
You have a natural urge to bring communication and information sharing to higher levels and the ability to support your main peers in direct one-to-one sparring.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

Are an experienced communicator, with a proven flair for writing internal communication in English, that turns complex matters into relatable information and key messages.

Fluent in both written and oral English and are confident in presenting to bigger audiences both live and virtually.

Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication and have been using your communication toolbox actively - while perhaps working in a larger organisation for a couple of years.

Bring knowledge of Change Management – because let’s face it, change is the only constant, and we need someone who can make it feel like a rollercoaster ride instead of a headache.

Responsibilities:

Crafting articles that makes our Road employees informed and keeps them closer to the business.

Collaborating with Senior Stakeholders from the commercial departments in DSV Road, to understand their needs for internal communication and support them in delivering outcomes that exceed.

Supporting your colleagues in the day-to-day and ad-hoc project tasks. Don’t worry, what you give, you will be returned from everyone else in the team.
