We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic omni-channel Key Account Manager to become part of our Nordic Hill's Team. The role will concentrate on rapidly growing our business with major Nordic and local key accounts (Omni Play) within a growing and meaningful industry.
What you will do:
Dive deep into the retail landscape of eCommerce, Pet, and Vet channels Understand the customer's ecosystem gaining insights via networks including regional collaboration and engagement with customers. Handle Wholesaler relationships and develop our indirect sales Maintain strong customer engagement and build long lasting partnerships. Help our customers realize their growth potential via joint business planning. Execute brand growth plans to accelerate our business performance. Develop tailored strong commercial grids in close collaboration with customers. Achieve net sales, volume and SOM targets through strong 6P plan execution. Demonstrate a growth mindset with a do & learn approach to identify new opportunities. Deliver our Brand Equity building objectives in close collaboration with the marketing team. Handle Pet, Vet and Ecomm Key Customers through centralized efforts to optimize our business performance. Lead the annual negotiation process supporting our strategies and vision. Work closely with internal key collaborators such as Country Field Sales Managers, Marketing, Professional Veterinary Affairs and European Corporate Account teams, to optimize execution of our plans. Key proficiencies
You have a University Degree. At least 3-5 years of working experience from a similar Key Account or marketing position preferable within the Premium pet or FMCG industry and experience with Omni Channel retailers. A plus with experience from the Veterinarian industry. A plus with experience in managing Wholesaler/indirect sales.
