Welcome to our Transfer Pricing team
You will be part of our Transfer Pricing team, consisting of more than 35 colleagues. The team advises multinationals on a wide range of transfer pricing matters, e.g. in connection with the preparation of transfer pricing documentations, preparation and implementation of new transfer pricing policies, and communicating with local tax authorities etc.

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with colleagues across our two offices in Hellerup and Aarhus and across professional areas. In addition, we also work closely with our colleagues in the global KPMG network.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation
• Conducting database searches and performing financial transactions benchmarks
• Preparation of presentations and participation in client meetings
• Establishment and maintenance of transfer pricing policies
• Transfer pricing due diligence in collaboration with our M&A tax department
• Tax valuations
• Value chain analyses
• Advisory services related to tax audits
• Analysis of financial data for multinational companies
• Implementation of data and technology solutions.
   

Your profile 
The most important thing is your attitude: You should be curious, responsible, ready to share with others, do things in a new way and want to ask questions of us and our clients. We imagine that you are a recent graduate or have a few years of experience from a similar position. You have completed a cand.merc.(jur.), cand.jur., cand.merc.aud., cand.merc.fir. or a similar degree.
