You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required• Experience in managing and administering Windows and Linux servers including hardware, server operating systems and related monitoring and backup systems. • Server-based software components and process required to implement batch processing systems.• Identifies and resolves simple to medium complexity incidents and production problems, • Independently performs Application Maintenance and support. • Participate and extend prompt support for MIMs. • Collaborates with support resources and all the stakeholders to drive the Critical / major incident resolution and RCA’s. • Liaoning with OEM vendors & Stakeholders• Performs root cause analysis for complex issues and implements resolution in a timely manner.• Good knowledge in Managing Dell PowerEdge, HP Proliant, NonStop, IBM / Lenovo & Cisco server hardware and VMware ESX environments, Oracle Sparc and Sunfire systems.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
