The position
As a Lead Supply Demand Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive development projects across our senior management reporting portfolio to ensure transparency of how Novo Nordisk supply chains are faring across our full product portfolio.. Drive a network of a few colleagues within our team to enable better sharing practice of Novo Nordisk performance status, enable better collaboration link to key stakeholders and evaluate how we service our customers best on an ongoing basis. Understand and communicate the Novo Nordisk supply chain performance to our Corporate Vice President and senior management which entails providing analytical and data-driven decision support, preparation of business cases and reporting of key performance indicators. Use your lean and process mindset to ensure we simplify, improve, and streamline our portfolio of Supply Chain status and outlook reporting. Collaborate with colleagues across our Global Supply Chain area and across our full executive area, Product Supply, to generate the best understanding and hereby strengthen decision material for upper management. Drive an simplify our Enterprise Risk Management reporting across the Corporate Vice President area Supply Chain Planning & Logistics. Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Around 6-8 years of relevant experience in management partnering, project management, or a similar role. Experience in supply chain optimization and standardization. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to develop compelling communication materials for senior management. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing resources, timelines, and budgets. Knowledge of financial management and risk assessment principles is an advantage but not a requirement

The Supply Chain Business Support & Monitoring department at Novo Nordisk is dedicated to optimizing the supply chain in line with our strategic direction. As a member of our Strategy & Insights team, you will play a crucial role in driving and developing the Enterprise Risk Management process across the Corporate Vice President area to highlight key supply chain risks. You will act as a strategic management partner to the CVP of Supply Chain Planning & Logistics and provide decision support to senior management.
