The position
As our new Learning Partner, you will work with our global clinical operations colleagues, propose optimal learning solutions, and drive real business outcomes. This is done in close collaboration with your learning colleagues in the Clinical Operations Office and learning colleagues from other parts of the global organisation.
Being part of a dynamic organisation, you are expected to take ownership and responsibility for the training 'portfolio' within our global organisation.

About the department
Clinical Operations Office is part of the Clinical Operations Expertise. We are a team of 24 dedicated colleagues with a shared interest in optimizing the processes within global clinical operations as well as ensuring competency development for our global colleagues working with our product development projects.
Now we are seeking a new colleague to join our amazing team, and we need you to ensure that our current and future learning solutions reach their full potential, pushing the boundaries of how we deliver impactful training and performance support.
