Build the new organization supporting our growth
In less than 2 years from now, our new production line at the site in Asnæs will be ready for production, but only if we get the right people onboard. That will be your first and foremost task in this position.
Afterwards, your task will transfer into taking full responsibility for the employee life-cycle supporting our main goals of Employee Engagement, Talent Attraction and Development. 
 
You will be a key part of the local organization working together with HR colleagues in DK and abroad. Your main task will be to expand the organization and you will be the go-to person and sparring partner in core HR processes for the organization's employees and managers. Hence your tasks will include:
 

 
A communicative and collaborative coordinator

You can effectively influence, collaborate and build trust with business leaders and other stakeholders. We value a professional HR approach and expect you to deliver services and processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and timeliness. We are looking for a structured doer who will coordinate and deliver on operational tasks as well as strategic tasks with the same commitment and motivation. You like to perform individually as part of a small team aligning closely on the prioritizations.

This position will be based in Asnæs. Only a few travelling days a year is expected.
