Semco Maritime is looking for an experienced Manager to strengthen the continued development and growth within our “Electrical & Automation” business area.

About the job

As a manager, you must lead our team of skilled engineers in the field of Electrical & Automation. The area is set to face tremendous growth in the coming years, and you must help to strengthen this journey. You will be working at one of our office locations in Esbjerg or Ballerup at your convenience.

You will be responsible for a group of customers where, together with our sales team, you will cultivate customer care and business development.

As part of the management team in the division, you will also shape the strategic and business development of Semco Maritime's competencies in the field of Electrical & Automation.

Your profile

We are looking for a commercial, visionary and professionally strong Manager who can contribute to Semco Maritime's future success with great commitment. You have a technical background that is relevant to the subject, preferably combined with relevant further education in sales or management.

We expect that you are passionate about people and that you appear as a sharp communicator, a motivating leader and a skilled organizer. You stand out with great independence and impact. You are adaptable, have a high personal drive and are good at adapting to new situations.
