The Position
You will lead a team of 14 talented Scientists and Laboratory Technicians at Novo Nordisk's Chemical Support team. As the new Manager, you will lead the Chemical Support team, which is responsible for developing and transferring analytical methods to Quality Control and providing critical support to production. You will report directly to the department director.
The main tasks will be to:

About the Department
Our department focuses on providing analytical support to Manufacturing Development optimisation projects and assisting with process and analytical development for new products, from fermentation to purified Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API). Our department of 75 colleagues is divided into five specialised teams, focusing on chemical, biochemical, and biophysical analysis.
