The position
We are seeking a highly skilled people Manager to lead our fantastic support team in QA. Currently, the team is responsible for providing support to three QA departments located in Denmark and the US, with ongoing expansion to a fourth department in Ireland. Our team comprises talented individuals working across training, data engineering, inspection and audit coordination, local process governance management, and more.
As the team is still in its early stages, one of your primary tasks will be to develop the team while establishing an effective and proactive support system for the entire ET QA organization. To achieve this, you will guide your team in continuously enhancing their competencies and stay ahead in identifying innovative ways to streamline support mechanisms within a complex and dynamic organization. Effective stakeholder management, both internal and external to ET QA, will be crucial.
Qualifications
• Hold an academic degree within engineering, production, business management, project management, or any other relevant field.
• Proactively engage in identifying improvement opportunities.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong understanding of QA principles and practices and a solid quality mindset.
As a person, you have excellent relationship building skills and a positive attitude. You are curious and interested in understanding complex processes and consider multiple perspectives. You flourish in an environment with numerous stakeholders, and you are motivated by inspiring, motivating, and coaching others.
About The Department
ET QA New Entry & Support is a department with approximately 30 skilled and motivated colleagues. We handle new and emerging technologies for Novo Nordisk's product portfolio as well as supporting the rest of QA and production. We are proud to work in a fast-growing and ambitious part of Novo Nordisk. We are a diverse and agile team of QA professionals who work closely with internal and external partners to ensure quality and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
