The Position

As a Market Analysis Manager you will play a key role in the business finance and analytics team to ensure a strong insights foundation for our business, with focus on the cardiometabolic out of pocket business. You will work closely with our Senior Market Analysis Manager as well as a Senior Data Analyst that will support in strategic direction setting and prioritization. You will work as insights partner closely collaborating with our commercial teams and be responsible for generating actionable commercial insights, near and long-term in-market forecasting as well as monitor critical market and competitor trends.

You will have the following key responsibilities:

Execute on the market insights strategy and generate insights on patients, customers, and competition to support robust forecasts with focus on the cardiometabolic out of pocket space

Drive advanced statistical analysis to leverage current and future data purchases and develop growth hypotheses in the region.

Run a continuous forecast and provide ongoing outlook of the year, along with scenario-based modeling to facilitate regional decision making.

Automate and digitize reporting, allocating resources to drive essential insights for management.

Share best practices and promote knowledge sharing amongst markets, regions, IO, and HQ.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Master’s degree in finance, business administration, engineering, science, or similar.

1-3+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, business intelligence, or commercial excellence.

Experience with Power BI as analytics self-service tool

Working proficiency with complex data from multiple sources and ability to understand new datasets and data structures.

Professional level written and spoken English.

Outstanding communication skills and ability to convey complex ideas in a simple manner.

Solid experience within the pharmaceutical data space as well as experience with ETL tools (e.g., Power Query) or data engineering/analyst toolkit (SQL, Python, GitHub) are a plus
