The role is based in Ørestaden, Denmark and is reporting to the Head of Business Finance and Analytics, Novo Nordisk.
The Position
As a Market & Patient Insights Manager you will play a key role in the Business Finance and Analytics team to ensure a strong insights foundation for our business. You will work as business insights partner closely collaborating with our commercial teams and be responsible for generating actionable commercial insights, near and long-term in-market forecasting as well as monitor critical market and competitor trends.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have Master’s degree in business, finance, IT, statistics, or another relevant degree, and proficiency in data analytics and insights generation either from a similar market analysis position or from a data analytics, commercial performance management, or finance partnering role, and an aptitude for data visualisation and use of data intelligence tools expected (minimum Microsoft Suite, experience with PowerBI considered an advantage).

About the Department
The Business Finance and Analytics team is part of the Finance and Operations department in Novo Nordisk Denmark, based in Ørestaden, Copenhagen. The finance team is supporting the Danish and Icelandic sales affiliates with finance partnering incl. budgeting and sales and cost performance reporting, in-depth market analysis and supply chain. The department consists of an international and diverse group of highly dedicated professionals. The team is characterised by a lot of energy, collaboration, and trust. The team is ambitious, and the pace is high, but the tone is informal and there is a fun and good-spirited atmosphere in the department.
