Then you may be just the one we are looking for to join the Product Compliance Team in Responsible Sourcing in BESTSELLER’s Global Supply Chain department.

WORKING AS ONE GLOBAL TEAM
At BESTSELLER, our Responsible Sourcing function is an integral part of the Global Supply Chain business unit. Our vision is to achieve sustainable and efficient sourcing through true partnerships with world-class manufacturers. We set and implement policies for due diligence and responsible sourcing practices across our global supply chain, ensuring strong social, labour, chemical, and environmental standards in our products and manufacturing sites. Our goal is to drive industry solutions that collaboratively address the biggest social and environmental challenges across our supply chain. In addition, we work closely with other Business Units within BESTSELLER to support and deliver on brand purchasing and sales strategies, as well as our Fashion FWD Sustainability Strategy.

ENHANCE BESTSELLER’S TRACEABILITY OF MATERIALS
As Materials Certification Specialist you will be responsible for building and managing BESTSELLER's internal certification system for product materials and supply chain certificates. This responsibility includes turning complex information into simple solutions while collaboration across a complex and international organisation. More specifically your responsibilities include:

Continuously driving the action plan to embed materials certifications into core business processes across BESTSELLER and ensure compliance.

Ensuring supply chain traceability for optimised supplier certification and documentation management.

Developing and implementing certification and documentation SOPs (including supporting reports, updates, and escalation procedures).

Maintaining close relationships with certification bodies and standard setters to ensure adherence to standards like Textile Exchange and GOTS.

Facilitating regular internal training to ensure BESTSELLER colleagues understand the certification criteria and consequences of non-conformity.

Supporting reporting and tracking progress of materials traceability KPIs.

Researching and developing new processes and policies to support emerging certification standards.

YOUR PROFILE
As a person you are a bridge builder, entrepreneurial, team player and solutions focused. You work independent, proactive, and structured which enables you to keep perspective in a fast-paced and creative environment with multiple stakeholders. Moreover, we also hope that you bring:

An educational background within sourcing or supply chain management

Experience in developing and implementing policies, process, and procedures across a complex organisation

Solid data analysis and data presentation skills

Knowledge about international textiles and apparel supply chain

Experience with brand certification as well as project management skills is considered an advantage

Fluent in written and spoken English
