We are currently seeking a Project Management Payroll Specialist (Temporary position) with advanced Excel skills to join our team and take a lead role in automating and optimizing our payroll processes across the Nordic region.
Reporting to the HR Manager, this position will be based in Copenhagen and will involve working closely with both internal stakeholders (Payroll, HR, Accounting) and external providers to ensure efficient and accurate payroll management in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
YOUR MISSION ____________
Providing support to the Payroll Specialist by ensuring the overall quality and on-time delivery of the payroll for two out of the four countries. Planning, implementing, and overseeing the automation of payroll processes in collaboration with external payroll providers (ADP/Celergo and local payroll providers). Partnering with the Payroll specialist and internal stakeholders (Retail, Accounting, Back Office) to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy Streamlining and optimizing payroll documentation and review
Profil
WHO YOU ARE _________
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with Payroll Excellent proficiency in Excel (Expert level) Familiarity with ADP and Planday will be a strong advantage. Fluent in English, with proficiency in Scandinavian languages will be a plus. Customer-focused with a solution-orientated approach. Understanding of software implementation, preferably payroll processing software. Knowledge of software implementation projects and operational delivery. Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
