We are looking for our next Office Manager who will be taking on the role of the sheriff of our office. We recently moved into a beautiful office building in 3 stories that, together with our employees, need a lot of love and attention. We aim for a flexible, positive person who takes pride in owning projects and is not afraid to launch new ones.

Whether it is vendors, colleagues or board members You are energetic and find it hard to sit still It is okay for you to meet early – sometimes much before everybody else You enjoy being a service provider and making people around you feel seen and taken care of You are ok with various tasks and are a ‘the more, the marrier’ kind of type You are a great communicator in both English and Danish You don’t need experience in a similar role, but it is definitely a plus if you have flirted with the service industry What will you do?
Greet visitors, guests and colleagues. You will be the first point of contact Ensure a well-functional and appealing office Organizing storage rooms and the office overall Managing the reception and being the ‘fixer’ when people need help Ensure kitchens are tidy and stacked with milk, coffee, snacks etc., Coordinate with external vendors and ensure contracts and operational activities are up to date (cleaning, landlord, lunch supplier etc.) Support the organization when there are meetings inhouse Facilitate company events such as Friday Bars, Thursday breakfast and social events - that you are not afraid to initiate Setting up lunch, overseeing the buffet and (light)cleaning when all employees are done eating Ad hoc projects and tasks To thrive and grow in this role, you are bringing:
