The position
In this role, you will be responsible for building our onboarding processes, bringing them to life and maintaining them actively while optimizing them on an ongoing basis. The main responsibilities are: • Design the new onboarding experience based on user feedback and strategic goals of FFEX. • Run the onboarding experience with key stakeholders every month.• Work with data to visualize and evaluate the onboarding experience.• Work closely with analytics and digitalization to automate as many processes as possible.• Coordinate onboarding experience for all new employees. Finally, you will oversee all hands-on tasks required in onboarding employees. Qualifications The ideal candidate has:• An academic degree within organization, business administration, strategic human resource, or similar relevant background.• Experience in onboarding processes from large organization • Stakeholder management skills including stakeholders on all organizational levels.• Strong time-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines.• Full proficiency in both English and Danish. Moreover, we value that you have an analytical mindset, both in terms of data and processes, and a basic understanding of data structure and processing is a plus. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28, of Novo Nordisk’s 64, employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world. You will be working in a new finished production facility, where we are implementing a fully automated material handling system for a flagship facility with extremely high ambitions.
