Kinesso supports the IPG Mediabrands media agencies UM and Initiative, as well as servicing our own direct clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Paid Search Director will be leading strategy, planning and performance oversight across existing client work, ensuring performance is at an optimal level, providing strategic and tactical guidance on best practices and delivering on agreed KPIs and Collaborating and working seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Paid Search, Addressable Media, Experience / SEO, CRO/UX, Analytics, as well as client services.
You will be a manager for our Paid Search team and will be responsible for the daily operations, training and supporting the Paid Search staff to develop their skillset and successfully manage daily optimization of accounts.
