The Position
In this newly established position, you will be responsible for the robotics team and for securing the design and implementation of robotics / Industry 4.0 solutions that make manual operations / transactions obsolete. These solutions might involve robotics, automated logistic solutions (AGV and AGR), or automated instruments/tools. Your focus will be to manage the team and integration suppliers that design, build and test the solutions. You will work across different facilities and engage with multiple teams within the project organisation, e.g. process areas, supply chain, IT & automation - both internally and with our engineering partner. You will become the people manager for the robotics team members.
