We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong passion for elevating our digital distribution, monitoring performance, developing, and supporting digital strategies, and being part of a dedicated marketing team in the exciting SaaS industry.
Plan and execute digital campaign distribution activities using ad platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, etc.
Work within a budget to achieve maximum KPIs while keeping the Cost of Acquisition (CAC) at the optimum level.
Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights to optimise spending and performance based on insights.
Recommend A-B test campaigns to optimise campaigns and, based on insights, collaborate with the Marketing team on content optimisation.
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Recommend new digital channels that have the potential to increase inbound leads efficiently.
Monitor SEO on the website and conduct keyword analysis.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field with a strong background.
Proven working experience in digital marketing (minimum 3 years), with extensive experience in managing digital performance marketing at technology/SaaS companies being preferable.
Highly proficient in using digital platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft Ads, Gartner's Digital Markets, PIWIK, Search Console and Hubspot.
Experience in managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns.
Understanding of organic acquisition/Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Experience in setting up platform integrations with third parties (e.g., Google, Facebook, PIWIK) for campaign setup and tracking purposes.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Creative in identifying target audiences and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Ability to generate meaningful reports using tools.
Fluency in English and Danish.
