As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing day-to-day operations to surpass the expectations of our customers. You will focus on increasing production capacity and flexibility, all while keeping costs minimized and upholding the highest quality standards. Your role will entail ensuring consistent production output, maintaining product quality, and guaranteeing on-time shipping. Additionally, you will allocate resources effectively to achieve optimal results and implement strategic initiatives, providing clear direction to the team to ensure alignment with organizational goals. As well as foster and ensure a trusting and good working environment and development of staff.
Your responsibility will be:
You will primarily be based at our Plant at Helseholmen, Hvidovre. However, you will be expected to be at Toms HQ in Ballerup a couple of days during the month, and occasionally travel to our site in Nowa Sól, Poland

Demonstrated work experience as a Plant Manager, highlighting your ability to effectively oversee all facets of plant operations. Your proven managerial experience underscores your capability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving the expected goals. Your adeptness in business and management principles, encompassing budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources management, equips you to make informed decisions and drive performance. Moreover, your comprehensive understanding of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory management etc. Your ability to lead by example fosters a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.
