Portfolio & Project Manager

The position

• Take charge of project manager role in leading company level strategic project, co-work with SME to drive the deliverables of E2E process optimization, data science exploration etc.• Explore and deploy the most-fit digitalization solution in combine with the E2E process optimization, improve the process efficiency and transparency. The digitalization solution includes RPA, Chatbot, Power Platform etc.• Set up the methodology and the governance framework of process optimization and digitalization solution, manage vendor to provide the consequent maintenance to existing applications and services, such as RPA maintenance. • Participate company level digitalization related key initiatives, support the team to drive mind-change and skill uplifting training activities. Qualifications • Strong experience in project management, led several company level strategic projects with strong deliverables.• Strong business sense in company level commercial operation, quick learner to understand the complex business model and processes.• Excellent communication skills with strong leadership. • Deep interest in digitalization and business transformation, understand the modern technology application in broad horizon.• Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese.• Bachlor's degree or above. • Pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
