The Position
As a Power Platform Developer, you will work closely with our product team, utilizing low-code technology from prototyping to rapidly build and iterate on products that drive business outcomes. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in amplifying the use of Power Platform to create solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation across the organization.
You will take part in discovery and delivery of both smaller and bigger solutions from across the Development area with +8.000 people globally. In this position, you will be joining Digital Transformation Office’s growing design and product team, where you will get sparring, inspiration, and support from likeminded professionals.

About the department
The Digital Transformation Office is responsible for the identification, ideation, funding, and follow-up of new digital initiatives for Development. In a unique setting, we bring together designers, engineers, and healthcare professionals to discover and develop the right solutions.
The Development area is managing clinical drug development worldwide, from early drug research to the conduction of trials, to product launch. Development provides medical- and scientific documentation for clinical submissions while adhering to clinical standards, regulations, and business ethics, globally. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be a central part of catalyzing digitalization and transformation of this area.
You will join the area of Digital Products in the Digital Transformation Office consisting of two teams. One team of UX strategists, user researchers, and “product thinkers” and our team of developers, product owners, and designers focusing on enabling process automation and transformation with low code and other complimentary technologies to significantly improve the quality of life and efficiency for our colleagues, as well as create better lives for patients.
To achieve this vision, we help in the very early stages of new digital ideas. We do experiments and protypes to prove strong product desirability early on and collaborate extensively with our colleagues from all areas across the Development department to take the learnings to build feasible and viable products. To us, the Power Platform developer role can take many shapes, and we all strive to support and help educate the organization about user-centered product design and development.
