Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilisations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the center of globally acclaimed cities.

The role:
The Barcelona & Vallromanes PR & Marketing Manager will be responsible for branding and communication efforts, ensuring the awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand at a local level.
Key responsibilities:
Be responsible for raising awareness and relevance of AIRE brand at a local level in coordination with the Global Marketing team to ensure the correct implementation of marketing campaigns in the locations. Build and maintain corporate and B2C relationships through networking, PR events, partnerships/sponsorships Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, content, and product development to align marketing strategies with business goals Establish proper communication and liaise with other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of the PR / Marketing campaigns Build and maintain B2B relationships with journalists, partners and influencers to generate positive media coverage and maximise exposure
Lead relationships with relevant hotels, travel industry, incentive agencies to promote sales Coordinate and Supervise Communication Agency: from brief to execution. Measure and analyse sales, PR efforts and marketing campaigns to assess their local effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
Oversee the onsite client experience monitoring customer feedback and managing special VIP bookings for continuous service improvement. It is an exciting opportunity to join our team, and come and live the AIRE experience!
Who you are:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a PR/Marketing role, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and branding strategies Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, Catalan is a big plus Commercially driven: conscious of adding value and oriented towards achieving business objectives.
Result-focus: You can translate objectives into operational actions and the readiness to show initiative in running the activities for which you are responsible
Strong organisational skills: capable of handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines You have a strong network and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts Flexibility to adapt to the evolving industry trends and the company's needs.
