Your role
In the role of a Lead or Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Responsibilities
 

Managing Functional track, design, Trainings and User support

Should be able to Lead prototype sessions

Client handling skills

Team management

Required

 Working knowledge of IFS FSM and/Or PSO on cloud standard project methodology

Hands on experience and knowledge of IFS FSM/PSO technology and functionality – preferably worked in IFS Cloud 23 R1

Domain knowledge in Utilities – Power, Gas, Electric, and Water any one vertical, TELCO

Experience in working on IFS ESM Cloud is an added advantage

IFS FSM 6.x Practitioner Certificate, PSO

Preferred

 Minimum 8+ years’ hand on experience in the IFS FSM functional and working experience in recent IFS Cloud ESM

Minimum two IFS FSM implementation experience as a functional consultant

In-depth understanding of MWM concepts

In-depth understanding of Utility domain concepts

Good to have industry standard FSM Certificate

Ability to understand / learn relevant IFS functional modules

Capable of mentoring team members on project

Plus, to have a knowledge of Web Services using ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful API, JSON
