You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required• Experience in Managing Storage environments like EMC Isilon, HP, Powerflex, Huawei, VNX, NetApp etc.• Experience in Managing Data Domain + Avamar technologies. • Ensures high storage availability through reduced downtime, proper change control management, and implementation of best practices.• Responsible for incidents and problems resolution, service request fulfillment, and change management. • Participate and complete the process of DR recovery exercises. • Collaborates with support resources and all the stakeholders to drive the Critical / major incident resolution and RCA’s. • Liaoning with OEM vendors & Stakeholders• Lead and Implement Security and Vulnerability fixes & coordination's for Storage environments.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
