The Position
As a Process Engineer you will responsible for setting up the processes and equipment in our media production/propagation area in new Fermentation facility.
Your main tasks will be to:
Take professional responsibility for the equipment in the media production area
Support stakeholders by providing expertise and solutions to ensure stable production with the right quality
Contribute to the ongoing optimization of existing processes and equipment, bringing new knowledge and collaborating with stakeholders from other teams and departments
Challenge existing processes in a respectful and constructive way, acting as a mentor for colleagues in the team and department
Provide proactive support to the media production/propagation area, ensuring daily operations and equipment perform at the highest output and quality

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
A bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering, or a similar field, or a strong background as a laboratory technician
Experience in relevant manufacturing processes, manufacturing development, production, or the laboratory
A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain, documentation, regulatory requirements, and GMP
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
