emagine is looking for a Process Outsourcing Lead - for a Card Simplification Programme

The client is executing on the Card Simplification strategy aiming to create a foundation for the next generation card payments. The objective is to provide our customers with effective an efficient means to do and manage their card payments. The Card Simplification Programme (CSP) is a Nordic initiative engaging people within Business and Technology within both the client and our partners.

The scope of CSP is to introduce a common Card Management solution and to transform into one common operating model. The future solution will speed up time to market, reduce costs and operational risk and to smoothen the customer journey. Part of the scope is to in- and outsource processes to a third party.

Your responsibility will include;
• Securing diligent delivery of the ongoing dispute and chargeback sourcing initiative in the Nordic including the established automation of the dispute and chargeback process.
• Co-ordination of any technical development and other pre-migration activities where Denmark is in focus (other Nordic countries to follow)
• Definition of both target and transition state(s)
• Process design and documentation
• Stakeholder management

As part of the assignment you will also coordinate post-migration activities following the card processing migration in the Nordics

Must-have competences:

- Experience from payments industry is a must
- Cards business including dispute and chargeback experience is a benefit
- In- and outsourcing of processes including Customer journey focus
- Automation of manual processes
- Process design and documentation
- Project Management, strong activity coordination capabilities
- Leading projects with vendor dependencies
- Traditional and agile delivery methods SAFe
- Strong drive to achieve and to deliver on commitments
- Working through people, setting people in the center
- Open and transparent
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Structured
