Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Product Development Engineer (Mechanical or Design Engineer) to join our team in Herlev. This on-site role focuses on the development and design of our sports prosthetics product line. Responsibilities include conducting research and development, mechanical engineering, and product design, with a strong emphasis on using analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and optimizing product performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and/or comprehensive Product Design, encompassing everything from initial concept creation and rapid prototyping to conducting user tests and transitioning the product into manufacturing.

• Strong analytical skills for identifying areas for improvement and optimization

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Prior experience in the medical device or prosthetics industry is a plus

• Prior experience in composites manufacturing and simulations is a plus

• Interest in sports is a plus

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or Industrial Design
