As an Agile Product Owner, you will play a key role in collaborating with our users to understand their needs, translating them into product requirements, and delivering innovative solutions that address sustainability possibilities.

Sustainability is a focal pillar of Arla’s corporate strategy, and as an agile product owner / manager in the product organization, you will play a central role in our elevation of the commercial sustainability agenda.

You will be working closely with various stakeholders like our Agriculture, sustainability and communications teams as well as with IT and commercial teams. Moreover, your responsibilities will be to:

Who are you?

You have experience as an Agile Product Owner or experience in a similar role. You possess a strong understanding of agile methodologies and have experience working in an agile development environment. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. We expect you to have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Your ability to translate user needs into clear product requirements and manage product backlogs is essential. Finally, fluency in English is essential.
