With Programme Raven we aim to increase our profitability through harmonized and simplified digital Nordic business processes and IT architecture.

As a PMO manager, you excel in stakeholder collaboration and adeptly manage complexity.

The PMO Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring we have our structures & rhythm in place within the transformation programme. The PMO Lead will act as an information hub for the programme and play a vital role in coordinating programme activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project management standards, processes, and methodologies.

Monitor programme progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and guarantee the effective completion of the project.

Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure overview of resources, including human resources, budgets, business cases and timelines.

Create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Support the development and implementation of project management best practices, tools, and templates to enhance project delivery capabilities.

Prepare management presentations.

You are a motivated project manager, who seeks to deliver results, both individually and as part of a team. Finally, we see you as someone with great appreciation for connecting business to IT - with a love for working in technical domains with tech heavy teams. 

Qualifications:

Master, or bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Advanced degree or PMP certification is beneficial.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools, with the ability to apply best practices to diverse projects.

Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, skilled with data and conceptualising complex issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience working in a PMO or similar project management environment is advantageous.
