How to contribute to our vision
The Project Manager will be fully responsible for successful execution of Engineering Projects aiming at addressing main issues at out Offshore DD wind turbines. Main issues under PM responsibility are identified to have technical or commercial impact during installation or lifetime of the turbine.
Project are lead via 8D with aim of solving and implementing solutions in manufacturing and installed turbine base. Act as general interface between product platform and Engineering resources and other stakeholder within and without Siemens Gamesa.
The Project Manager manages projects with responsibility for successful execution:
Executes the project within the defined requirements. Requirements are usually related to Non Conformance Cost or Turbine functionality/availability.
Lead 8D projects from identification of issue over resolution and implementation. Projects are to be lead via activities to contain issue, define root case, development mitigation and implement those.
Projects are lead with main focus on Engineering related activities, but in cross functional manner in terms of implementation in manufacturing and installed turbine base.
Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management.
Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary. Reporting progress to relevant stakeholders.
In the context of Engineering:
Manages a network of technical specialists in order to realize customer specific components, systems or solutions.
Coordinates the Engineering disciplines and the cooperation with involved regional Engineering units including their interfaces.
Performs technical risk management.
Acts as interface to , e.g. responsible for technical risks and opportunities.
What you need to make a difference

You have Project Management skills and ambitions to improve status quo of the processes and interaction with the rest of the organization.
You have strong and proven project management skills.
You have experience in driving projects where short-term mitigation and long terms solutions are connected but have individual focus.
As a person you are outgoing and proactive, have an analytical mindset, and you possess strong organizational, coordination and communication skills.
In addition, you are a dedicated team player capable of creating and keeping an overview of complex tasks
You have an understanding of cultural barriers and cross-cultural communication and Support diversity in all aspects contributing to the mindset, philosophy, and targets of Siemens Gamesa.
You are fluent in English both orally and in writing.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s or Master degree or similar with project management experience.
