How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a Project Manager for our Real Estate team in Aalborg.
Your responsibilities will consist of:
Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
Outline a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget and report accordingly
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Responsible for updating all Project related Data to relevant team member
Follow all processes and procedures
Ensure that all IT related topics are aligned with Location Manager D
Produce Project overview report on a monthly basis
Build good relationships with key stakeholders to include but not limited to; BU, HSE, IT, Assistant’s Groups, Worker’s Council
Liaise with and provide technical RE expertise and support to business stakeholders
To develop and foster a customer service focused culture
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who holds a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Similar.
To be successful in this role, you need/are:
5-10 years of relevant work experience, it is an advantage if you have project management experience from the construction business in Denmark
A good financial understanding and you are result orientated
Basic understanding of and usage IT
A good communicator who is able to reach out and maintain relations with different stakeholders
Since you will be working in a multi-cultural team, it is important that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken
Open-minded and proactive in your approach to work
A team player who thrives as a part of an international team
An organized individual who needs little supervision
Able to adapt to changing circumstances
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
