Are you ready to take on a key role in risk assessment and management? Do you thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment?

Join our Project Management Office for Future QC as a Project Risk Manager and contribute to the critical phase-shift from design to execution. Apply today for a life-changing career!

The Position
As a Project Risk Manager you will become part of the Project Management Office (PMO) for Future QC, focusing on project risks and you will report directly to the Head of PMO. The PMO is responsible for all aspects of project control, including cost, risk, scope, and scheduling. This position allows you to challenge yourself and join the team during a critical phase-shift from design to execution.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring a successful risk management of a large investment project.

Your key tasks will include:
•    Developing and maintaining risk management processes, procedures, and tools by implementing and coordinating them across the project.
•    Establishing and reinforcing general risk management understanding and abilities.
•    Facilitating risk assessment workshops, proactively identifying, and managing risks related to the project.
•    Collaborating with PMO Project Control disciplines to ensure interdisciplinary actions (e.g. linking risks to change orders, costs, schedule, and quality).
•    Supporting senior stakeholders, colleagues, and work package owners on continuously evaluating risks, following up on risk mitigating actions and reporting to program management.

If you are highly collaborative and have experience working independently and closely with a broad variety of stakeholders, you are a good fit for this position. Through your collaborative work approach, you ensure the continuous best practice risk management processes and tools to support proactive and sound decision making and mitigating actions.

It is important that you demonstrate good stakeholder management skills with the personal courage and integrity to speak up and challenge project control colleagues, external partners, and project members and managers to deliver the best risk management setup.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with:
•    A BA or MA degree within Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
•    Experience in risk assessment and management, preferably in a global organization.
•    Project management understanding and experience, preferably with large construction projects or programs in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
•    Strong knowledge of project cost control principles, processes and tools including proficiency in Monte Carlo simulation, Project Management Software, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Excel, and Power Point.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious mindset and the ability to identify risk process optimization opportunities and risk mitigating initiatives, and ability to recommend appropriate actions.
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate complex matters with simplicity. Fluent spoken and written English is a must.

On a personal level, you thrive on truly understanding the project and business and have a focus on delivering high-quality material within deadlines and the ability to manage interpersonal relations and deliver results.
