The Position

As a QRP, you will be responsible for ensuring the adherence to quality standards and regulations throughout our organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of excellence within the quality control department.

Your main tasks will include:

Performing quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality procedures

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives

Conducting internal reviews and training to assess and lift adherence to quality procedures

Investigating and resolving quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions including Deviations and Change Requests

Ensure high-level GMP overview, and maintaining accurate documentation and records of quality control activities

Super user in relevant quality systems

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Previous experience in quality support or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements

Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse data and identify trends

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Fluency in English, enabling effective communication within the team and across the organization

About the Department

Around 400 colleagues from countless of professional fields make up Corporate Facilities, which is anchored in the area Finance, Legal and Global Solutions. We enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for physical infrastructures (campuses, real estate, utilities, workplaces), facility management services as well as security operations, while progressing a major project portfolio.

In Corporate Facilities we work with proactively creating win-win solutions with internal and ex-ternal stakeholders in the areas we operate in, while ensuring engaging communications about our 130+ services to our 22,000+ colleagues across our Danish locations.

Your primary base will be in Bagsværd, however the job involves activities across our Danish sites.
