You will join our Quality / Product department within Harman Consumer Lifestyle, based in Kvistgaard, Denmark in the position of:

Repairability & Field Quality Specialist

About the Role:

Be a part of a team to develop and implement new processes to bring our repair experience to worldclass. Working with a network of international Service centers to improve cooperation, services towards consumers, data quality and system integration.

With your technical repair skills, you will shape the future on "how to repair", "what to repair" and build a solid repairability system to prepare Harman for future EcoDesigns. You will be working in an international team with technicians and engineering to improve future designs.

Working in a strong team in Kvistgaard, Denmark to control, analyze and improve process and products.

There will be travel as part of the job.

What You Will Do:

The job is about develop customer experience in warranty repairs by working close with our network of independent Service centers to enhance cooperation, service, data quality and system integration with internal and external customers.

The work include development of how to repair, what to repair and build and improve a solid repairability system to be prepared for future EU EcoDesigns.

Working in a team in Denmark to control, analyze and improve the quality of the warranty reclamations and cost optimization. After-sales Repairability & Service Quality development.

Service center optimization and Product repairability improvements.

What You Need:

At least 5 years of experience as service technician or service lead needed to perform the core responsibilities.

Educations: Electronic Technician, Academic Engineering.

Skills: Repair knowledge of Audio products and Service center setup understanding.

Must haves: Language, English professional and above skills.

What is Nice to Have:

Network and Data communication skills.

Implementation and project experience.

Customer service experience.

Interest in Sustainability and EcoDesign.

What Makes You Eligible:

Be willing to travel up to 15%, domestic and international travel.

Be willing to work in an office in Denmark.
