On behalf of our client ROCKWOOL in Hedehusene, Career | a JKS company, is looking for a Payroll Assistant.

As a Payroll Assistant at ROCKWOOL, you will be a key person in the team, working alongside 7 other colleagues. This role offers many opportunities to develop your skills in payroll administration and HR, ensuring that our employees feel comfortable and get the support they need.

You will be part of
You will be part of an important department handling payroll for approximately 1100 employees, including both hourly and salaried employees. The pace can be fast, but at ROCKWOOL, they thrive on it, as their department is driven by high engagement and a positive attitude. ROCKWOOL has recently implemented a brand new payroll system for increased efficiency, and they utilize SAP and Workday as their primary HR management systems.

You have solid experience with – and are motivated by tasks such as:

• Calculation and processing of wages for hourly employees
• Reconciliation of wages, e-income, and timekeeping
• Ensuring that payroll processes and procedures comply with legislation and agreements
• Administration of pension schemes, health insurance, bonus programs, and absences
• Compilation of payroll statistics reporting
• Seeking reimbursement for paid solutions in connection with sickness and maternity leave
• Responding to inquiries from employees and managers regarding wages and employment conditions
• And all that you know can come from the sidelines
