We are excited to announce a multifaceted job opportunity for the position of Administrative and Safety Coordinator at the Energinet project in Denmark. We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our team and play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks along with ensuring the highest safety standards.
Position: Administrative and Safety Coordinator
Office Location: Ribe 6760 Denmark
Responsibilities:
- Safety Coordination: Oversee and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Provide safety training to project personnel
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety compliance
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth project operations.
- Digital Mailbox Management: Handle and organize digital mail correspondence efficiently.
- Supporting to get a work permit: Following up on the progress of Work permit and residence permit, getting MitID, Tax card, and Bank account.
- Employee Housing Coordination: Assist in finding suitable rental houses for project employees relocating to Denmark.
- Purchasing Tools and Supplies: Source and purchase tools and minor supplies necessary for project operations.
- Vendor and Service Provider Liaison: Establish and maintain contact with local firms for services such as crane rental, accounting, waste management, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Excellent communication in Danish and negotiation skills.
- Experience in safety coordination and certified as a safety coordinator with a certificate.
